Poetry Festival

The Diyala Writers and Authors Union participated in the department’s celebration of World Arabic Language Day with a poetry festival. Poets Jalal Abdullah Khalaf, Ghazai Diraa Al-Taie, Wahida Hussein, Abdul Karim Al-Jashami, Ghassan Al-Dulaimi, Inaam Al-Hamdani, Mohammed Al-Aqabi, Khalid Al-Qaisi, Abdullah Adnan, and Qutaiba Haider delivered a flood of their distinguished creativity. The event was attended by a select group of the province’s intellectuals. They were honored by Prof. Dr. Thabit Abdul Razzaq Dhahir, Dean of the College, with certificates of appreciation, expressing pride in the union and strengthening cooperation ties with it.
