College of Arts at the University of Baghdad and Yarmouk College Sign ‘A Twinning Agreement for Arabic Language Departments’

In the context of enhancing academic and scientific advancement, A twinning agreement was signed between the College of Arts – University of Baghdad, and Yarmouk University College, which includes the Arabic Language Department in both institutions.
The signing ceremony was attended by the Dean of the College of Arts – University of Baghdad, Professor Dr. Ali Abdul Amir Sajit, and the Head of the Arabic Language Department from the College of Arts, Professor Dr. Ikhlas Mohammed Eidan, and Professor Dr. Mohammed Karim Al-Kawwaz, Head of the Arabic Language Literature Department at Yarmouk University College.
Objectives:
The agreement aimed to enhance academic cooperation and raise the educational level, as this agreement is a qualitative and important leap, for the exchange of scientific and academic expertise, and will include curriculum development programs, cooperation in scientific research, exchange of faculty members, as well as agreeing to organize a joint examination between the two departments, to ensure the unification of academic standards and achieve the highest levels of quality in education.
They emphasized the importance of this step in opening new horizons for students and enhancing the level of academic interaction between the two institutions.
